Pumps designed for hygienic applications

Our 4-1and 5-1 ratio hygienic transfer pumps comply with USDA, 3A and PDA requirements and standards for design, construction materials and ease of maintenance.

Hygienic, quick release clamps are included with the pumps. Metal parts that come into contact with the fluid are 316 Stainless Steel and can be dismantled without tools. The pumps are suitable for use with products up to 50,000 centipoise and are usually used for emptying pails and drums.

We also have a 10-1 ratio Pump assembly, which will transfer products having a viscosity above 100,000 centipoise
